What has happened to my layout!

I have no idea!  I thought I would do something pretty and it changed the entire size of how my postings are shown.  I have no idea if this is making you crazy, but for the type A as I am, I am going nuts.  It is taking the fun of re-reading them away.  I hope you are not going nuts-o. I keep trying to get it set up right again.  I believe I will have to take a chance and seek help from a professional blog designer.  Know of anyone?
